Eligibility: In order to participate in the Tastykake® “Family Pack Baseball Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”), you must be at least thirteen (13) years of age and a legal U.S. resident who resides in one of the following states: PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA (Promotion void elsewhere.). Employees and directors of Tasty Baking Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retail dealers, advertising and promotional agencies and printing vendors (and their immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals), are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is and shall hereafter be subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Immediately upon submission, all entries become the property of Sponsor and will neither be acknowledged nor returned other than as herein described. By entering, each entrant (the "Entrant") acknowledges acceptance of and compliance with these official rules (the "Official Rules").
How To Enter: Sweepstakes begins on April 6, 2009 and ends on May 15, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries must be received during the entry period indicated in the chart below to be eligible for that weekly drawing only. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over to subsequent weekly drawings, but will be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries must be received online or be postmarked by 11:59:59 PM ET on May 15, 2009 to be eligible for the final weekly drawing. There are three ways to participate.
(1) Online. Visit a participating retail store and purchase a specially-marked Tastykake Family Pack of Tastykake Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes®, Tastykake Butterscotch Krimpets®, or Tastykake Vanilla Lovers Cupcakes, look for the unique code number (the “Entry Code”) printed inside the package. Then, during the Promotion Period, visit the Tastykake “Family Pack Baseball Sweepstakes” website at http://www.tastykake.com (the “Website”), and follow the prompts to complete the online registration form using the Entry Code. Each Entry Code may be used only once during the Promotion Period. Use of a profane username or the submission of false or misleading personal information by an Entrant will be grounds for disqualification. The determination of what constitutes profane, false, or misleading information is at the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
To be eligible for participation in the Sweepstakes, each online Entrant must input all required data on the Sweepstakes Registration Form. Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. All entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, May 15, 2009.
(2) By Mail. To participate without purchase, send a hand-printed 3" x 5" card that includes your name, age, complete address, including zip code, daytime telephone number, email address, if you have one, in a stamped envelope to: Tastykake “Family Pack Baseball Sweepstakes”, 625 Panorama Trail, Bldg. 2 Suite 100, Rochester, NY 14625. You may enter as often as you like, however, all entries are limited to one (1) entry per envelope. Each entry must be hand-printed, postmarked by May 15, 2009 and received by May 21, 2008. Neither the Sponsor nor the Sponsor’s Affiliates are responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, mutilated entries or postage due mail. Photocopies, mechanically reproduced, forged or altered mailed entries and facsimiles are void. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. Entries received in envelopes larger than a number ten (#10) standard-sized 4-1/8? x 9-1/2? envelope will be automatically disqualified. The Independent Sweepstakes Administrator will register the Entry Code on your behalf. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor will attempt to notify potential winners only.
Collection and use of personally identifiable information will be conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy posted on its Web site.
Prizes & Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Six (6) prizes with an ARV $12,873.38 will be awarded as follows:
Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a Season Ticket Package for the Philadelphia Phillies 2010 Home Season (Partial Season 17 game plan). Package includes four (4) tickets per home game included in the ticket package during the regular season. The Grand Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $3,400.
Weekly Drawing Prizes: There are two (2) First Prizes of the use of the Tastykake Box Suite for up to ten (10) people to a select Philadelphia Phillies regular season baseball game (Please note that in keeping with the family values of Tastykake, no alcohol is allowed in the Tastykake Box Suite.) (ARV: $3,000 each First Prize Package). There are two (2) Second Prizes, each consisting of a set of eight (8) tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies regular season baseball game being played on August 29, 2009 PLUS a Tailgating Package consisting of a portable charcoal grill, gazebo tent and a Phillies team banner (ARV: $1,086.69 each Second Prize with Grilling Package); and one (1) Second Prize of a set of eight (8) tickets to the Philadelphia Phillies regular season baseball game being played on August 29, 2009 PLUS a $500 Phillies Gift Certificate for use at the Majestic Team Store and Alley Stores at Citizens Bank Park (ARV: $1,300 each Second Prize Package with Gift Certificate). (The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion of prize) with one of comparable or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason.) Limit one weekly prize per person/family/household.

Random Drawings: Weekly prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings on or about each drawing date indicated in the chart in the “How to Enter” Section of these Official Rules from among all eligible entries received within the corresponding entry period. In addition, one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a separate random drawing, on or about May 21, 2009, from among all eligible entries received. Random drawings will be conducted by US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning in each weekly drawing are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received within the corresponding entry period for that drawing. Odds of winning in the Grand Prize drawing will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. Winners must comply with all Sweepstakes rules as published. Potential Major Prize winners will be notified by phone and confirmed in writing that they are a potential prize winner within one business day of the drawing date. In the written notice, the Independent Administrator will provide all necessary documentation that the winner must execute before being entitled to redeem their prize. All Grand Prize, First Prize and Second Prize Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively, the “Release Documents”), within five (5) business days of written notification. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable; failure to respond to notification; failure to reach the winner and/or failure to provide required proof of eligibility, failure to return fully completed and executed Release Documents; and/or failure to provide any other required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Non-winning entrants will not be notified. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Limit one (1) weekly prize per person/family/household. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable.
Conditions and Limitations: All entries become the property of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the “Prizes” section above. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where such use is prohibited by law. By entering, each entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, its advertising/promotions agencies, participating retailers, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, offices, employees, agents and suppliers, against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) due to any injuries, theft, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from (a) acceptance, receipt, possession, misuse or use of any prize; (b) participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes; (c) any malfunction of the entry website; (d) any error in the collection or retention of entry information; or (e) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of any prize. All merchandise prizes are awarded “as is” with no at-law or implied warranties whatsoever. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator.
Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rule and regulations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of laws provisions.

Winners List: For names and city/state of the Grand Prize winners in this promotion, send a self-addressed, stamped, #10 standard-sized 4-1/8” x 9-1/2” envelope (after April 6, 2009, but no later than July 31, 2009) to: Tastykake “Family Pack Baseball Sweepstakes” Winner Confirmation Request, PO Box 25497, Rochester, NY 14625.
Independent Sweepstakes Administrator: This sweepstakes is being administered by The US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Co, 625 Panorama Trail (Bldg. 2, Suite 100), Rochester, NY 14625, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of all prizes, and whose decisions will be considered final in all matters related to this promotion.
