NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL MAKING A PURCHASE INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to Enter: Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. EST on 09/01/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on 12/31/08 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two ways to participate. (1) Visit participating California OshKosh retail locations, complete the entry form and hand the entry form to the cashier; or, (2) visit the OshKosh website http://www.oshkoshbgosh.com and follow the online prompts. All information requested must be provided. Limit of one entry per person by any means of entry. Incomplete or illegible entries will be discarded. Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal U.S. resident in order to participate. Employees and directors of The William Carter Company, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, printing vendors (and immediate family members or those living in the same household with such individuals), are not eligible to participate. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Prizes: There is one (1) Grand Prize of a $1,000 OshKosh Shopping Spree, which will be awarded in the form of a gift card redeemable at an OshKosh retail store.

Total retail value of prizes being awarded: $1,000.

Drawing: The winner will be selected in a random drawing, under the supervision of an Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, on or about January 15, 2009 from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizewinner will be notified by phone and then in writing, within one week of the drawing date, including details on how to claim their prize. Prizewinner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where allowable, a Publicity Release, which must be returned within 7 days of notification. If prizewinner does not comply, prize package will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Terms/Conditions: By claiming the prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor, and its respective officers, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this sweepstakes, or from acceptance or use of the prize offered. Acceptance of the prize shall constitute the winner’s agreement that the Sponsor, its prize partner and/or their designated agent(s) may use and/or display the winner’s name, address, likeness, biographical information and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes, without further consideration, except where prohibited by law. All taxes on the prize package offered are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize package is not transferable/assignable, no cash alternative is offered, and no substitutions are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing and/or transmissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participating in or downloading of materials in this contest. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, and select winner from all Internet entries received up to the time of termination, plus mailed entries.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Direct Marketing: Entrants may also receive information from the Sponsor regarding other promotional offers. When you enter, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails/mailings and reminders for upcoming OshKosh promotions and information. Consenting to receive such e-mails/mailings is optional and such consent is not required in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Consent to receive emails/mailings does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails/mailings, the use of such data and any other personal information collected through the Sweepstakes shall be subject to OshKosh Retail privacy policy which is available at: http://www.oshkoshbgosh.com/About/Privacy.aspx.

Independent Sweepstakes Administrator: US Sweepstakes & Fulfillment Company, 625 Panorama Trail (Building 2, Suite 100), Rochester, NY 14625, who is responsible for overseeing the awarding of all prizes and whose decision will be considered final in regard to the conduct of this promotion.
