ENTRY: Sweepstakes begins at approximately 12:01AM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 09/15/10 and ends at 11:59PM EST on 01/31/11 (the “Promotion Period”). There are two (2) ways to enter the sweepstakes: 1) purchase a specially-marked 12 bottle pack of Labatt Blue or Blue Light beer, visit our website at www.labattblueus.com/bluejackets, enter the unique PIN code found in your specially-marked pack, complete the online entry form, and submit. 2) To enter without having to make a purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Labatt Blue “Columbus Blue Jackets 1000 Ticket Giveaway” Free PIN Request, 625 Panorama Trail, Building 2 – Suite 100, Rochester, NY, 14625. Once you receive your PIN in the mail, visit www.labattblueus.com/bluejackets, enter the unique PIN number, complete the online entry form, and submit. Incomplete online entry forms will not be accepted. Limit: one (1) entry per person or e-mail address per day regardless of method of entry. In case of multiple entries during any given day from any one person or e-mail address, only the first entry will be accepted. The use of automated entry devices of any kind is prohibited. Mail-in requests for a free PIN code must be postmarked by 01/31/11 and received by 02/07/11. All PIN codes must be entered online no later than 02/15/11. Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to technical/transmission difficulties, or for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, or postage due mail-in requests. All entries become the property of the Sponsor.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of OH who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of: Labatt USA (“Sponsor”), Sponsor’s advertising/promotion agencies, and any alcoholic beverage licensee, their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies, and any other entity directly involved with this sweepstakes, their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of the respective households of these employees (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate in this sweepstakes.

INSTANT-WIN NOTIFICATION: There will be two hundred fifty (250) prizes awarded instantly through a random selection process during the Promotion Period. Once you submit your PIN and entry information online, an instant message will pop up letting you know whether or not you are a winner. If you receive a message indicating that you are a winner, an e-mail message will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of entry providing instructions on how to redeem your prize. The decisions of the Independent Sweepstakes Administrator, with respect to all winners and other matters pertaining to the sweepstakes, shall be final. Due to the random nature of the instant selection process, all prizes may be awarded prior to the Promotion Period end date.

PRIZES: Each prize consists of four (4) tickets to one 2010-2011 Columbus Blue Jackets home game. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize is $120.00. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded is $30,000. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of available prizes at the time of entry submission and the number of eligible entries received at the time of selection. Sponsor will provide winner with a schedule of available home games from which winner can choose a game to attend. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein including, but not limited to, food/drinks, transportation to/from game, parking fees, etc., are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Winner and guest must attend the game together. Guests have no independent rights to a Prize. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: No transfer or substitution of any prize or portion thereof is allowed, nor is there a cash value equivalent, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If any prize or prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Once winner selects the home game to attend, the game cannot be changed. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner to pay. Winner’s entry and acceptance of any prize constitutes permission (where allowable) for the Sponsor to use winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state) on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and guests of winners agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and the Columbus Blue Jackets organization, from and against any and all claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in this sweepstakes, or from the attendance at a game. Each winner and guest agrees to take full responsibility for his/her actions and agrees to follow all stadium/park safety and security rules. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, technical, or human errors which may occur in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation/transmission, or communications line failures. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, as a result of infections by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or modify the sweepstakes including awarding any unclaimed prizes through alternative means.
